Shipping across Pakistan

Rates

Standard shipping is a flat Rs 199 to every city in Pakistan. There are no hidden charges added at checkout.

Delivery times

• Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi: two to three working days
• Other major cities: three to five working days
• Remote and rural areas: five to seven working days

Order processing

Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, on Sundays or on public holidays go out the next working day.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready and check that the parcel seal is intact before you pay the rider.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order leaves us you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to twelve hours to become active on the courier website.

Failed deliveries

Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. If nobody is available on the third attempt the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout, as this is the single most common cause of a delayed order.
