Are your products suitable for coloured or keratin treated hair?

Yes. Every AenaRose shampoo is sulphate free and pH balanced, which is exactly what colour and keratin treatments need in order to last.

How long before I see results from the growth serum?

Hair grows roughly one centimetre a month, so nothing meaningful happens quickly. Most people notice less shedding at around six weeks and visible density at around twelve. Use it nightly and give it the full course before deciding.

Is your amla oil pure or blended with mineral oil?

Pure. Cold pressed amla in a sesame and coconut base with no mineral oil, no paraffin and no artificial colour. The full ingredient list is on every bottle.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, nationwide. You pay the rider when the parcel reaches you.

Which shampoo should I choose?

If your scalp is oily or itchy, start with Rosemary Mint. If your hair is dry, bleached or heat damaged, start with Argan Oil Repair. If you have flaking, start with Tea Tree. If you wash daily and have fine hair, start with the Rice Water Cleanser.

Can I use the oil and the growth serum together?

Yes, but not at the same moment. Use the serum on a dry scalp at night, and oil on a separate night before you wash. Layering both at once leaves the scalp congested.

Is the silk real?

Yes. Twenty two momme, one hundred percent silk on both sides. Satin is polyester and behaves very differently. We do not sell satin as silk.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been handed to the courier, yes. Email us with your order number as soon as possible and we will do our best.

What if a product does not suit me?
